4.2Theinformationsubmittedbyusersonlyrepresentsusers'personalopinionsorsuggestions,anddoesnotrepresenttheviewpointsofHICNoranyindividualassociatedwithHICN.Iftheuser'sbehaviorviolatestheprovisionsoflawsandregulationsortheprovisionsoftheAgreement,HICNhastherighttotakemeasures,includingbutnotlimitedtosuspendingorterminatingpartoralloftheServices,andprosecutinglegalliabilities,dependingonthenatureoftheuser’sbehavior.
