In recent years, new landmarks have been emerging in Xi’an, continually surprising us.生命之树is located in the Xi'an CCBD, named "Xi'an Tree" in English, which is an urban commercial landmark has recently captured a lot of attention.
“生命之树”由英国著名建筑师Thomas Heatherwick和其团队设计而成，灵感来源于拥有1400年历史的古观音禅寺银杏树。它高57米，由60片巨型“叶片”构成。
The Xi’an Tree was designed by a famous British architect Thomas Heatherwick and his team, meanwhile, it was inspired by the 1400-year-old Ginkgo tree in the Zen Temple of Guanyin in Xi’an. It is 57 meters high and consists of 60 giant “leaves”.
树根的设计灵感来源于西安曲江池，这里是生命之树的起始之地，以水为源滋养出一座充满生机的东方花园。
The design of THE ROOT is inspired by the Qujiang Pool in Xi’an, which serves as the origin of Xi’an Tree. Here, water nourishes and gives life to a vibrant Oriental Garden.
自此往上攀登，我们可以看到丝绸之路沿线的七大生态景观。
Climbing up from here, we can see the seven different ecological landscapes along the Silk Road.
“生命之树”上有很多西安元素，其中还种植了一棵石榴树。因为石榴花是西安市的市花，它不仅是丝绸之路的重要见证，也是中西方文化交流的象征。
There are a lot of Xi’an elements, including a pomegranate tree. Because the pomegranate flower is the city flower of Xi’an, it is not only an important witness to the Silk Road but also a symbol of cultural exchange between the East and West.
当行至整个生命之树中最大的开放空间——“丝路绿洲”，可以一览西安文化CBD国际文化商业中心内西安万象城的壮丽景色。这里将隋唐天坛向南、陕西广播电视塔向东分别做延长线，相交之处便是这座商业综合体的所在地。
Walking to the Canopy-Silk Road Oasis, which is also the largest open space in the entire Xi’an Tree, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the magnificent scenery of XI'AN MIXC here. Extend the line southward from the Sui-Tang Temple of Heaven and eastward from the Shaanxi Radio & TV Tower, the point where these two lines intersect is precisely where the XI'AN MIXC is located.
顶层平台以华山意象作为设计出发点，取名为“华山之巅”，在此可以登高望远，也可向下探寻古都文化的根基。
The top platform is inspired by the image of Mount Hua and is named the “Summit of Mount Hua.” Here, visitors can climb to great heights to enjoy distant views and explore the roots of the ancient capital’s culture beneath.
“生命之树”自2024年底亮相以后，迅速成为网络热点话题，吸引了很多市民游客来打卡。西安万象城“灵感之桥”位于生命之树与电视塔的中轴点，是观赏这座新地标的最佳打卡点之一。到了夜晚，《丝路奇旅》光影秀也会上演，令夜西安格外夺目。
After the Xi’an Tree was unveiled at the end of 2024, it quickly became a hot topic on the internet, attracting many citizens and tourists to take photos. “Inspired Bridge” in XI'AN MIXC, which is located at the central axis point between the Xi’an Tree and the Shaanxi TV Tower. 光影秀携手国际知名特效公司Territory Studio设计，围绕丝绸之路文化要素进行创作，表达着西安作为国际化大都市的城市态度和城市主张。

目前，西安已经具备创建“国际消费中心城市”的基础条件。越来越完善的商圈格局，激发城市消费潜力。独特的游览、购物体验，也让西安的商业、艺术、文化、时尚魅力相互融合，为这座古都带来新的活力。
At present, Xi’an has already possessed the basic conditions for building itself into an “International Consumption Center City”. The commercial district pattern, which is becoming increasingly well-developed, stimulates the potential of urban consumption.
